About Margarette Gritzmaker
With over 40 years as a licensed real estate salesperson and more than three decades as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Margarette brings an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to every client. She is a life long resident of Adrian, Michigan, where she lives with her husband, Rick. Together, they also own and operate Gritzmaker Builders, developing several subdivisions and have built hundreds of homes in and around Lenawee County.
Margarette has also helped clients navigate the sale of estate properties, bringing not only professional expertise but also personal understanding of the emotions that can come with those transitions.
What she enjoys most about being a REALTOR® is seeing the excitement on a client’s face when they find the home that feels just right and celebrating together when they receive the clear to close.
