About Sam Cepida
My goal as your Real Estate Agent is to be your Realtor for life, and in doing so, help you find your dream home, sell your current home, or rent your temporary one. I am a Realtor with Foundation Realty, Lenawee County’s largest locally owned real estate firm. I was born in Arizona, but have spent my life in Lenawee County, Michigan. Spending time boating with family and friends or camping with my lovely wife and dog are my favorite pass times. Having grown up in a Spanish speaking home, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, I have 32 years of Sales Experience, primarily working for Ford Motor Company in various capacities. I am also a United States Marine Corps Veteran, which has driven me to not only serve my country but my community in any way that I can. This goes to show that I will be as dedicated to my clients as am I to the rest of the people in my life. Though I live in Lenawee county, I am familiar with all surroundings areas including, but not limited to, Washtenaw, Monroe, and Jackson County.
