I passed my agent test in 1979 but if you are older you will remember that time was when Mortgage interest jumped to 17%! Only way to sell real estate was basically a Land Contract. I put my license into Escrow. In 1988, I decided it was time to start again. I have been a full time Realtor since then. I went for my Brokers license and received that in 1992. In 2000 I was approached to manage a large real estate office. It was a big step but I agreed to do it. I managed for 16 years then decided I wanted to focus on just listing and sales in real estate.
That is when I approached Mark Baker and joined Foundation Realty, LLC. Never looking back!
I am sincere in wanting to be your source for information of anything real estate (if I do not know the answer I will do the research to find it). My goal is for it to be a pleasant and productive journey. I will explain the forms you will be signing and will always keep you informed through the process.
